RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At GhostMart, we want you to love your gear. If something's not right, here's how returns work:

Returns: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Contact us at support@knowyai.qzz.io with your order number.

Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item back.

Non-returnable items: Personalized/custom items, beauty products that have been opened, and items marked "final sale."

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund you, no return shipping needed.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
